Delete Your Account
You can delete your Wherewolf account in the app.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to Wherewolf.
- Go to the Lobby screen.
- Open the account menu.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@wherewolf.info from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Wherewolf account".
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, Wherewolf deletes your account, authentication record, player profile, display name, and active session/account data.
What may be retained
Some limited data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, service integrity, backups, or operational logs. Backup, diagnostic, and security log data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion or anonymization.
Request deletion of specific Wherewolf data
If you want some of your Wherewolf data deleted without deleting your account, email support@wherewolf.info from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Wherewolf data".
In your request, describe the data you want deleted, such as your player profile, display name, support messages, or other personal data associated with your account.
