Privacy
Your use of Wherewolf is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about privacy requests.
App Availability and Changes
Wherewolf is provided as a mobile app and related online service. Some features require an internet connection and may not work without Wi-Fi or mobile data.
You are responsible for any internet, mobile data, roaming, carrier, device, or third-party charges that apply when using Wherewolf.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Wherewolf at any time. We may also require you to install updates to continue using the app. Older versions may stop working or may no longer be supported.
Payments
Wherewolf is currently offered as a free app. If paid features, subscriptions, or purchases are added in the future, prices and payment terms will be shown clearly before purchase.
Any purchases made through an app store may also be governed by that app store's terms and payment policies.
Third-Party Services
Wherewolf may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, app distribution, platform services, or related operations. These services may include Amazon Web Services, Amazon Cognito, Google Sign-In, Google OAuth, Google Play services, and Google Play Console.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
No Warranty
Wherewolf is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that Wherewolf will always be available, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free from data loss. We do not guarantee that every game session will complete successfully or that every gameplay result will be preserved.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, device issues, service interruption, or inability to access Wherewolf.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Wherewolf will not exceed the amount you paid to use Wherewolf in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater. If Wherewolf is provided free of charge, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are not allowed.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Wherewolf, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.
This does not apply to claims caused by our own negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Wherewolf at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the service, harm other users, or interfere with Wherewolf's operation.
Upon termination, your right to use Wherewolf ends and you must stop using the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Wherewolf will be handled by courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
Previous versions may be made available upon request by contacting support@wherewolf.info.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining parts will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Wherewolf.
